Not so much a recipe, but a tip! If your toddler is very independent (aka stubborn) and will not be spoon fed, you might consider yogurt chips. Since bottle weaning, I’ve been concerned that my son is not getting enough calcium and protein.

Well, here’s a simple solution. Lay parchment on a cookie sheet. Drop small teaspoons of yogurt (Greek for extra protein). Freeze for 1+ hours. Viola! Finger-food yogurt for snacking or meal time.
